OCIDE defines its Management Policy based on the quality of its services, the respect and protection of the persons that are part of the services, as well as on the maximum commitment of contributing to the sustainable development of the society we are all part of.

As a basic permanent principle of the OCIDE Group, meet the service requirements so that the explicit and implicit expectations of the clients and users are fulfilled.
Comply with the legislation and technical, labour and environmental regulation applicable and with the internal rules established by the organization.
Communicate and explain to the employees the content of the company´s Policy, programs and objectives and promote the training and awareness activities designed to improve their performance within the company, considering that all the members of the company are involved in this accomplishment.
Achieve the compliance with the legislation based on the training of the Group´s employees and the information from the partners and subcontracted companies.
Carry out all its activities so that their significant adverse effects for the environment or the people should be prevented or diminished by using adequate methods and technologies.
Consider the management aspects as an integral part of the planning processes, by periodically establishing programs, objectives and targets that guarantee the compliance with the company´s management policy and constantly improve the efficiency of the management system.
The compliance with the requirements will be checked periodically, relying on clear indicators known to the employees that are part of the organization who will also facilitate a reference framework and review the management objectives each year.
Maintain a responsible attitude towards the community that facilitates the dissemination of its policy and collaborating on resolving issues that might impact the interested parties.
The BD also extends this commitment to all the employees, as well as to all of those acting on behalf of OCIDE in order to comply with these policy guidelines, which will be reviewed periodically to ensure they are always in alignment with the organization´s activities.
