In 1997 OCIDE was awarded the certificate on Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9000 standards, counting on the involvement and leadership of the Board of Directors and on the solid support of the human team that is part of the Organization. OCIDE kept adapting to the changes and review processes required for the ISO 9000 certification. At the certificate renewal audit in 2017, the Organization will adapt its system to ISO 9000:2015, by adopting the new standard requirements like: establishing the organization context, considering the expectations of the interested parties, apart from the clients´ satisfaction, and most importantly the new approach regarding risks and opportunities.
OCIDE considers that its human capital is the fundamental value of the Organization, and thus promotes the prevention of occupational risks of its employees and the health and security conditions at its work centres, as one of the main priorities.
